Despite a busy schedule, Daria always finds time to connect with every client to make sure their needs are fulfilled.

Selecting the best teams, choosing the right software, and making sure everything goes smoothly — he is always there for our clients. From Zendesk to Intercom, to HelpCrunch, Nick knows it all. He himself integrated more than 209 clients from e-commerce, hardware, healthcare, SaaS, and many more industries. Nick is already a published author within SupportYourApp, with more than 10 articles on customer communication software under his belt.

Chief Customer OfficerPaul is a true professional when it comes to setting up department tactics and strategy goals. With his passion being communication and goal-oriented approach, Paul knows exactly what he is doing when managing big support and service teams. He is the one who takes care of our large corporate accounts, which means he is the link between our teams and the clients. Paul manages almost 500 support consultants, helps them provide the best services and develop both personally and professionally.

Yaroslava Tverskaya
Chief Business Operations OfficerOperations are the blood and veins of any business. Yaroslava is the heart that makes sure every part of SupportYourApp works at its best and every member of the team feels as comfortable as possible. Yaroslava is a real pro when it comes to negotiations and communication. Her vast experience allows Yaroslava to resolve any task quickly and efficiently. She coordinates the life of the SupportYourApp offices in Kyiv and sets up our international offices and trips.

Chief Internal Operations OfficerKseniya has been taking care of the SupportYourApp team for almost 6 years. Starting out as a support consultant, she went on to onboard the newcomers, eventually making her way to Head of Onboarding. Right now, she is taking care of SupportYourApp’s internal HR, working with international teams and resolving any roadblocks they might encounter. Kseniya is a firm believer — happy support teams make happy customers. Whatever our consultants need to provide top-notch services, from mindful resources to amazing offices — Kseniya has it up her sleeve.
